How it works

Window: Request an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Exchanges: We charge a small restocking fee per order to cover handling/polishing/resize. We’ll ship your exchange to you free of charge.

Store credit: Prefer to decide later? We can issue store credit once your piece is received and inspected.
