We want you to love your Arcadia purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, exchanges or store credit are available for full-price items if you initiate a request within 7 days of delivery.

To Qualify for a Return:

Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Email your request to lexi@arcadia.shop.
Exchanges: We charge a small $15 restocking fee per order to cover the cost of handling, polishing, and re-sizing your piece — but we’ll ship your exchange to you free of charge.
