How it works

  • Window: Request an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Exchanges: We charge a small restocking fee per order to cover handling/polishing/resize. We’ll ship your exchange to you free of charge.

  • Store credit: Prefer to decide later? We can issue store credit once your piece is received and inspected.

  2. We’ll reply with next steps and a return address/label info.

  3. Send your piece back. Once it’s checked in, we’ll ship your exchange or issue credit right away.
