Our Policy: We want you to love your Arcadia purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

1. Email us at lexi@arcadia.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions.

3. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
